Help Others Catch Recovery

Garrett Foley, from Braintree, MA, and Hannah Fuccione, from Lynn and Marblehead, MA, met during their time at Insight Recovery Center, where their paths first crossed on their individual journeys toward sobriety. It was there that they discovered a shared passion for helping others and a deep belief in the power of community-driven recovery.

With the support and encouragement of Insight’s founder, Steve Kent—who saw their potential and believed in their vision—Garrett and Hannah teamed up to create HOCR (Help Others Catch Recovery). Fueled by lived experience and a desire to make a real difference, they launched HOCR to support individuals in recovery by funding sober housing, organizing events, and creating spaces where people can connect, grow, and thrive.

Together, they are building a movement rooted in hope, service, and second chances.
